Recharge at Restival – Mount Congreve’s annual weekend wellness event

Now in its third year, Restival offers attendees the perfect opportunity to reset and relax within the world-renowned Mount Congreve Gardens, located just 10 minutes from Waterford City. Within these gardens, Restival attendees will enjoy yoga, pilates, Qi Gong, as well as forest bathing experiences. In addition, Ireland’s Leading Personal Trainer, Radio & TV Broadcaster, Author, and Podcast Host Karl Henry, as well as TV presenter, and self-described jogger, Mary Kennedy will be among those sharing their wellness experiences across the weekend. Restival goers will also have plenty of time to soak up the festival atmosphere and immerse themselves in Mount Congreve’s 70 acres of gardens. An abundance of fresh and local produce will be on offer from Mount Congreve’s own Stables Café, as well as a selection of food offerings from other suppliers. Finally, attendees will be able to browse and purchase a range of wellness products from various exhibitors, as well as from the Secret Garden Gift Shop.

Tickets:        

Saturday ticket: €39 plus booking fee (Guest Speaker: Karl Henry)

Sunday ticket: €39 plus booking fee (Guest Speaker: Mary Kennedy)

Weekend ticket: €59 plus booking fee Tickets grant attendees access to all activities and talks.

Important information:

• Attendees must bring their own equipment including a yoga mat and towel
• Attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins
• Tickets include general admission to Mount Congreve Gardens (valued at €10 on-site) on the day
• Attendees are encouraged to dress for all weather and to bring sunscreen
• Tickets grant attendees access to all activities
• This is an adults-only event

Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of extremely poor weather, Restival will be postponed to the 26th and 27th of August 2023. If you are unable to attend the alternative date(s) a credit note for Mount Congreve Gardens will be issued.
