- FOXFORD Store: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with nature-inspired gifts and Irish homeware.
- Welcome Desk: Located in Mount Congreve House, open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for queries and garden access during public hours.
What dining options are available during my stay?
- Breakfast: Served daily in the Stables Café from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. No reservation is needed—just let your server know you’re staying in the Courtyard Suite. A residents breakfast for two adults is included in your stay.
- Takeaway Supper Menu: Available for pre-order by 3:00 PM. Meals can be collected by 4:45 PM. Contact us if you’d like a copy of the menu before your arrival.
Are pets allowed in the Courtyard Suite?
Pets are not permitted in the Courtyard Suite or the formal gardens. For pet-friendly stays, consider Damson, Rowan, or Whitfield Lodges. Pets are welcome on the Wetland Walk, Waterford Greenway, and in the Visitor Centre.
How should we enhance our stay?
To elevate your experience, enjoy the Bridgerton-inspired Afternoon Tea in the beautifully restored Tack Room. You can also take a step back in time with a guided Bridgerton tour of the Bishop’s Palace, immersing yourself in its rich history and elegance.

«We stayed at Mount Congreve Estate on our first night in Ireland. We were utterly exhausted after traveling overnight from New York City and we couldn’t have landed in a more beautiful and romantic spot. Getting to the room was a little tricky. We didn’t realize it was attached to the main house. Luckily we made it just in time for a lovely staff person to show us in. The room was spectacularly romantic. So much so, that rather than go out, we decided to skip dinner, stroll the garden at sunset and come back to the room. We had crisps and a G&T from the honor bar while listening to music on the record player. Breakfast was insanely delicious and we had a wonderful chat about life with the supervisor of the cafe who served us. Then we took a self guided tour of the garden where we saw hydrangeas blooming in 1000 different colors. We took the complementary bicycles for a ride along the Waterford Greenway.
