Qigong on Beech Lawn with Hellen Kang-Griffith – Awaken your energy with Qigong for inner balance. [Sat 9am, 10am, 12pm | Sun 9am & 10am | 50 minutes each]
Forest Bathing with Dr. Mark Rowe – Connect with nature and unlock inner peace. [Sat 9.30am & 11.30am | Sun 12.30pm | 1.5 hours each | Not suitable for those with reduced mobility | Spaces are limited]
