Waterford Festival of Food Event – Unlock the Secrets of Sustainability
With a passion for fresh Irish ingredients, particularly seafood, Sean has been steering from the helm of the Irish food scene for the past three decades.
Joining Sean is Ali Honour, an accomplished business owner and chef known for her expertise in creative and sustainable practices. With experience in Ireland and the UK, Ali has collaborated with organisations to improve the food system and combat food waste.
This unique culinary event is set in the beautifully restored large drawing room, arguably one of the finest rooms in Ireland, at the world-renowned Mount Congreve Gardens. Take a step back in time with Estate Manager Mr. Ray Sinnott as he guides you through the fascinating history of the vegetable garden of Mt Congreve, some of the produce you'll find in your lunch.
Spaces for this exclusive experience are limited, so don't miss out. The ticket price includes general admission to the stunning Mount Congreve Gardens.
Please note that seating will be at shared tables.
