How to Redeem Your Complimentary Guest Ticket
We’re delighted to offer our members a special perk! With each membership, you’ll receive a complimentary adult day pass to share the beauty of our gardens with a friend or family member.
Step 1: Find Your Identifier Code
Your membership comes with a unique identifier code, starting with CON000000 or WEB000000.
- This code is not on your physical membership card but can be found on your online receipt or till receipt.
- If you cannot locate it, simply email your membership number (on the back of your card) and full name to [email protected], and we will provide your code.
- Alternatively, visit the Welcome Desk at Mount Congreve, and our team will assist you.
Step 2: Redeem Your Guest Ticket
- Visit www.mountcongrevebookings.com/Home
- Select “General Admission”, then choose an Adult Ticket (€11.50)
- In the Promo Code section, enter your identifier code
- Complete the checkout process to receive your complimentary adult garden entry ticket to gift to a family or friend.
Important Information
- Your guest can visit the gardens on a day of their choosing.
- Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption.
- Tickets are valid for one adult and one visit only.
- Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
Mount Congreve Membership key information
- €70 for 1 Adult Loyalty Pass
- €100 for a Family Loyalty Pass (2 adults & 2 children age 4 to 15)
Families and Individuals can purchase their Membership Pass now. Members can enjoy visiting the Gardens as many times per year as is desired during normal opening hours. Meander through 70 acres of stunning woodland gardens along 16km of winding pathways, explore the 4 acre walled garden, discover hidden follies and have fun in the children’s play areas.
