Customers are respectively requested to honour the terms and conditions listed below:
1. All plants are offered subject to being unsold on receipt of a firm order
2. Goods supplied by Mount Congreve will remain their property until full payment has been received
3. Payments is due 30 days from invoice unless special credit facilities have been agreed prior to the sale
4. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts
5. New customers must provide 2 trade and 1 bank reference plus their V.A.T. number
6. We reserve the right to adjust our prices without prior notice
7. Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of plants
8. The placement of an order implies acceptance of these terms
9. This list cancels all previous lists
10. The above are governed by Irish law.
